The Award Winning Farmers Insurance District 58 is looking to hire an experienced Property and Casualty LICENSED Customer Service & Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a sales environment and focused on bringing in new clientele. Delivering the highest level of customer service to our demanding client base is required. This is a fantastic career opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a respected, professional insurance organization.

We sell property & casualty insurance to small and medium sized businesses and their owners throughout Southern California. Motivated and disciplined individuals who have excellent organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing strategies to identify and build the agency with new clientele
  • Establish and develop customer relationships and follow up with customers
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Become familiar with products, services, and systems
  • Contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals

Requirements:

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
  • Sales experience
  • Spanish bilingual a plus
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good operational computing skill (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers)
  • Work well with teammates to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Client focused
  • Clean background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
